Positions will be assigned based on experience, availability, character, and/or OAH needs. Pay rates vary by position. For outdoor positions, jackets will be provided on bad-weather days.

Club Team – Validate tickets, credentials and passes, as well as administer wristbands and direct guests to their designated areas. Take the initiative to connect with guests. Communicate effectively as a walking information station. Pre-bus tables throughout the Club areas when able. $9/hour

Concierge Desk Attendant  –  Vibrant and spirited personality with a gift for helping people. Answer questions and advise guests on game-day protocols and services. Have a knowledge and familiarity with GFOMS, all the premium areas and the surrounding OU campus. Assist Area Supervisor to answer radios/phones, take/type notes during the game, and other duties as assigned. $10/hour

Suite Attendant – Typically an elevated position from within the team. Host 1-4 Stadium Suites with special skills in donor relationship building. Have a knowledge of food and beverage etiquette, a knack for anticipating guests' needs and an instinct to go above and beyond service expectations. Duties include set up, guest interaction, suite cleanliness, and beverage inventory. Act as a Suite Holder’s link to catering staff, maintenance staff and OAH Directors. Rotate “on-call” duties for fellow Suite Attendants that are on break. $8.50/hour

Loge Assistants – Validate tickets upon guest arrival and help maintain the exclusivity of 4-6 outdoor loge boxes in our newly renovated south endzone. Answer questions and advise guests on game-day protocols and services. Ability to build relationships and anticipate needs. $9/hour

Area Supervisors – Provide leadership for your assigned premium area. Liaison between OAH Team members, OAH Directors, Athletics employees and other game-day staff. This position is laden with many responsibilities. Must be able to remain calm in the face of increasing complexity.  $12/hour

Must be able to work ALL home football games as scheduled, including some nights and holidays.

Must demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations, communications and problem-solving.

Must demonstrate willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a world-class experience for our guests, but also an ability to implement and uphold the policies in place.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time with very limited breaks.

Must attend pre-season group training.

Must attend pre-game meetings. Showing up late or not at all will warrant removal.

Must wear black slacks, black shoes, and issued OAH polo and nametag.

Must conduct yourself in an appropriate, respectful and professional manner when communicating with teammaters & directors (GroupMe posts, e-mails, text messages, etc.)

Must be willing to assist teammates with closing duties.

Must be able to find a ride on gameday.

*We are not able to provide parking near the stadium. Free parking is available at the Lloyd Noble Center and we may be able to drive you back to your car after all closing duties are completed (up to 2 hours after the game ends.) Carpooling, Ubering or walking is highly recommended.*
